Although I was a bit hesitant to order an item like this, the experience turned out very satisfactory.I had questions during the order which were answered promptly. There was a short delay (1 week) with the delivery, which actually benifited us as my wife met with Kingsley Smythe people at the New Forest Country Show. Lesley cleared up a small alteration which was dealt with.We were unable to be at home when the delivery was carried out due to a hospital appointment, however the Nick & Symon contacted us during the delivery. They left the items in a safe place and later phoned back with some useful information before they left.The experience has been very pleasant, the whole Kingsley Smythe Team could not have done more!More importantly we are very happy with our patio table & chairs of which I'm sure we will have many years of use.
