Really pleased with the quality of our new garden furniture. Ordering was easy on line and invoice and confirmation were sent straight away. Email was received of delivery date approx 2 weeks after ordering. I received a telephone call on the morning of delivery advising they were 10 mins away. The delivery men were very respectful and polite. One of the chairs was damaged on the arm, unfortunately we didn’t notice as the chairs were stacked. We should have checked before delivery men left, our mistake. I emailed and sent a photo and received a prompt reply advising a new chair would be bought and exchanged. I received the email on the Monday and on the Thursday, the same week, a new chair was delivered. Excellent service and again very polite delivery men. We ordered the extending table, 6 chairs, lazy Susan, umbrella, upgraded cushions and a cover for what we believe is superb value. It looks great and we are so pleased to have used this company. Highly recommend.
