The rep at the show was helpful and friendly answered any questions and explained everything well. We were kept informed by email about when the furniture would be delivered and we only had to wait a week which was great. The delivery team Nick and Symon arrived at the time they said they would. They were both really friendly and happily assembled the furniture and then explained in detail how to care for the furniture. They cleared the packaging and took it away. All in all it was a great experience from purchasing the product to seeing it in our garden.
