We purchased a dining set and bench in June. The parasol when up swiveled. We contacted the firm and were told this could be remedied with an adjustment requiring drilling to the pole and additionally the installation of a heavy metal base. We were also concerned by what we could only describe as streaking on parts of the furniture. The response from Kingsley Symthe was prompt with Nick and Jay visiting us the following day to address the issue of the parasol and the marks on the furniture. We could not have asked for a better team ! They were excellent. With regard to the parasol, they did the necessary work, ensured it was firmly fixed as required and clearly demonstrated what we needed to do when raising the parasol. With regard to the streaking on the furniture, they explained that it was on parts that had not had the same level of sun exposure and assured us that with weathering, the streaking would fade away. They were very knowledgeable and also advised us on care and maintenance. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were friendly , professional and very patient with answering all our questions! They are a credit to the company. Overall based on our experience, we can recommend this business with excellent customer service.
