He also pointed out that the guarantee would be void if the set was oiled or treated in any way during the first year, which was helpful as it was the small print on the after care leaflet.The chairs are comfortable and a good weight and the wood was from a sustainable source, which is important to me.Communication was good if slightly slower than we have come to expect these days, but still fine.I would be happy to use the company again and to recommend to friends.
