Family run business, we ordered and paid a small deposit a year ago to secure the show price as we knew we didn't want it for at least a year as having work done in the garden. Dealt with Lucy who is lovely and saw her at a couple of shows to confirm we were still not ready which she assured us was not a problem. Great friendly and efficiant delivery from Nick and Symon. Gave me a call when they were on their way.
