Janna, in Customer Service was very helpful and friendly, prior to putting in our order.We were then pleasantly surprised by a quicker delivery time.The guys who did our delivery, Nick and Symon were brilliant. They were extremely efficient at installing our furniture in the pouring rain. Nick then gave us a very helpful rundown of aftercare and maintenance.Nick also quickly sorted out a very minor issue. Overall the company has been great to deal with. Everyone has been friendly and helpful. Nick and Symon are great travelling ambassadors for the brand
