Placed our order on 19th March it was delivered on 14th April, our order was to be 6 Highness chairs and 2 Bowood chairs, 6 Monaco chairs delivered instead, one of the Bowood chairs and one of the Monaco chairs were damaged.Phoned and spoke to Laura who said she would arrange for replacements, they sent one Bowood chair, but instead of a replacement Monaco chair sent yet another Highness chair, phoned yet again. Chair delivered yet again on April 14th, as we were out had arranged for the chair to be left in garden, had a phone call from Lee on way home to say chair was delivered but once again another Highness chair, also in that phone call he informed us we still owed them money which was totally wrong as order had been completed weeks before, seems they are quick to take your money but not so quick to correct their mistakes.Just had another delivery from them this morning after endless phone calls with Laura and had fingers crossed for a Monaco chair but no yet again another Highness chair, are these people stupid! Delivery man has promised to sort it himself but we will see what the next delivery brings.Only went with these people because of reviews, sadly missed the 1 star reviews, absolutely shocking customer service nothing but promise after promise, shame on you for treating customers this way. Will let you know what we get next delivery because we are not going away.
