Good product, misleading web pics, disappointing order fulfilment

PROs1. Solid, well-made furniture (we ordered a Dining Set with 6 folding chairs and a Bistro Set with 2 folding chairs)2. The staff I dealt with were friendly and helpful - Carl, David, Maks (delivery guys) and Laura (customer service).3. Delivery teams were great - happy to move the furniture some distance into our back garden and immediately made calls to HQ when problems were identified (which sadly didn't seem to help).CONs1. The design of the folding chairs that were delivered is not as pictured on the website. We decided to live with the difference (and didn't raise it with KS), but the chairs pictured online are much nicer (in our view) than those that were delivered.2. Order fulfilment was very chaotic:- Incorrect chairs (non-folding, with arms) were delivered for the bistro set.- Replacement chairs took 3 weeks to arrive.- Cushions were missing for the replacement chairs.- Cushions took a further 4 weeks to arrive.- Total fulfilment time from order (20/03/2025) to finally having all the right components as ordered (21/05/2025) was 9 weeks.- Achieving this required me to be proactive in chasing-up commitments made by delivery teams (having phoned HQ) that weren't kept.My summary of my experience with this company is: trying hard but getting some fundamentally important basic things wrong.
