I ordered an engraved trackable wallet which I received and an engraved trackable passport wallet which I did not receive. After chatting with an employee of Kings Loot they refused to acknowledge any responsibility for a packing error. I have purchased four trackable passport wallets and two trackable wallets from them. To not even research this matter shows no concern for the customer.Kings Loot fails to explain how a package with a shipping label can be opened in transit and a single item delivered without a ship to address.
