I placed an order expecting a 40% discount. I emailed the support team, and they informed me they couldn't apply the discount but might offer it on my next purchase. I expressed my dissatisfaction, as I expected the discount on this order, but they outright refused. They also declined to cancel my order. This feels like an illegitimate company. Very disappointing.
