I purchased a wallet in 2022 with lifetime replacement. 12/ 2025 i need a new one and emailed them to find out procedure, as i had issues at the onset with trying to register it. I received instructions how to do it, followed the link to the site which said there's a $29 fee for the exchange, what? I wasnt aware of that! I did it however and then I saw my bank... $80 for another wallet, which then caused me to overdraft! Again, WHAT!?!? I proceeded to send a complaint email and was responded with "thats policy"! Again, WHAT?!?! I don't care if it's "clearly stated in terms/ agreement" noone reads that stuff, and wouldnt it be GOOD/ GREAT customer service for the original email/ agent to have explained that, as no surprises?
Im VERY upset and am working to contact corporate in Colorado Springs. I will MEVER do business with kl again. And will use a competitor like Ridge (depending on cist serv). If I could put NEGATIVE stars, believe me I WOULD!
