I ordered 3 wallets along with a "free keychain gift" to give as presents, but all 3 recipients were not pleased, and neither was I. We decided to return them due to the poor quality of the leather, a loose money clip, and the overall unsatisfactory quality. The return process has been challenging; the company is only offering a partial refund of $79 for a $129 wallet. Their communication is entirely automated, with no human support available to address my concerns. There's no phone number to reach out to, and they claimed they couldn’t contact me either. It’s clear they lack concern for their customers and are unresponsive to service issues. A chatbot mentioned a full refund if I returned the free gift, so I processed that return, but the return slips still do not reflect a full refund amount! I am losing confidence that this will be resolved correctly and will likely need to involve my credit card company for assistance. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. The product quality is poor, and the customer service is lacking.
