Having purchased from this company, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They seem pleasant until they receive your payment. Their health and safety practices on site are questionable, and they often neglect to address snagging issues unless they are simple fixes. They pressure you to pay for extras without any exchange and will take the plot away if you refuse to forfeit your money. There is a culture of intimidation within the company. They also misrepresented the availability of affordable homes, claiming there were none when in fact there are many. No matter how appealing the house looks, I advise against engaging with them!
