From the time I ordered my socks I had contact with the company. Every change in the process was met with an email updating me on the status. As for the product, these are so comfortable and soft. I've never had a pair of socks with toes before, so it felt a little strange to wear them for the first time. But they're breathable and after a while they feel like regular socks. I bought them to help realign my toes and now I can walk without my toes rubbing together causing pain. I highly recommend these socks.
