It took too long to locate the dog even with very good signal coverage. The geofence doesn’t function as expected. I anticipated real-time location updates in geofence mode as well. Additionally, the protective silicone cover for the device was damaged after 3 months of use. In less than a year, we’ve had two covers break. We have both devices and it seems that one is slightly better, but overall, the devices are quite poor.
