I intended to order one of the small robot dogs, and was directed to pay through my account for that single item. However, when I returned to confirm my purchase, I was shown other items that I declined by clicking NO. Unfortunately, clicking NO still charged those items to my account. I've tried to reach out to the company via phone and email, but received no response. This company needs to be exposed!
