I also wish I read the reviews before purchasing the plug in mold remover device. My first red flag should have been you can only communicate with them by email even though they responded promptly to my initial communication. I followed their instructions about returning items but was given a China address even though my package was shipped from a New York address. Don’t use Kiro Brands, they are dishonest and a bogus company. I seriously doubt if my funds will be refunded. Kiro Brands does not deserve to be rated.
