Is there anyway we can put 0 stars? I have been scammed big time. Tried to order one pair of glasses but the process kept wanting to upsell other items and I couldn't get past them to the check-out. Got frustrated, left the site and went back on to try delete items from check-out but couldn't get there without clicking one of the upsell items. So decided to select so that I can get to the check-out box to cancel but it didn't take me there, it just charged me for everything that ended up in the box whilst trying to get there to view. I emailed immediately to ask them to cancel the order as I do not want the items, which had eventually accumulated to about £160 somehow. I received an email back saying that the order cannot be cancelled as the process has started and I must wait for the order ans return and they will refund! Sure! But how could the "process" have started...literally 5 min after the order? It wouldn't have even moved off a shelf. Wish there was a way to put them out of business.
