WARNING!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could rate lower than one star, I would! Wish I had seen these reviews before ordering a pair of glasses. Totally dissatisfied about my experience with this business. Eager to take your money. Issues getting refund.First issue: Big delay with receiving accurate info regarding tracking of product. Had to contact company and question status of order. Delay receiving product.Second issue: Can only contact company via email. Third issue: The product itself does not meet expectations or match the advertised description. Cheap plastic for which I was charged $39.99. Charged $14.99 for cheap plastic glasses case. Charged additional $14.49 for warranty. Total: $69.47Fourth issue: When package was received, the label showed product being sent from Elk Grove Village IL. However, was told by company that I was expected to ship the product back to Shenzhen, China in order to receive a refund. Plus it was going to cost me additional money out of pocket to do so. Why? If it came from Illinois, I should have been able to return it to Illinois.Fifth issue: The following statement was given in email to me..... "Additionally, I want to emphasize the importance of proper packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Please note that if the product is damaged upon arrival at our office, we may not be able to provide a full refund." This greatly concerned me, especially since the product was mailed in the USA and received by me in a small 5X8 thinly padded envelope. However, the company expects me (you) to ship the product to China in order to receive a refund! And that's assuming "they" don't "claim" there was damage during transit... preventing me from receiving a full refund. After having already paid nearly $70, and expected to spend more out of pocket to ship the product to China, do you really think I trust this company to give me a full refund after all this?! NOT!!!! I will be reporting this to the BBB.
