Kiro brands supposedly shipped my item visa Express mail (USPS). Two weeks after item was reportedly shipped USPS reported putting the order in the unsecured rural mailbox on the road outside the campground I'm living in (I happened to be 600 miles away in Ohio doing annual doctor visits.When I returned I looked in mailbox and only a collection of junk mail was in the mailbox.Contacted USPS & they confirmed delivery was made, but since item was shipped via express mail was covered by insurance and the sender had to initiate the insurance claim. Kiro brands declined to do so.I would have rated them lower than one star, but the system has to have on sta r. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ORGANIZATION!!
