I ordered for £99 and when I found out it was just cheap plastic, I sent it back. I provided proof of sending it back, they confirmed to have received it, but now nearly 2 months later I still don't have my refund. While in their website it says a refund should only take about 7-10 days. They just keep responding on my emails that my refund is in a cue. Seriously? For 2 months? I feel being scammed as well.
