The company is a scam! As soon as the glasses arrived I tried them on and discovered they were nothing as advertised. A cheap pair of low power reading glasses. I immediately contacted them asking for a refund with no reply after 3 attempts. I then contacted PayPal asking for help. They said I should return to a address in North Dakota with proof of delivery which I did the same day. I have followed up with PayPal every week for 6 weeks. They just said my case was settled in the sellers favor?/ I just called PayPal and talked to some guy in another country who told me he would open the case again. Hopefully I will get a credit. Be warned...do not buy anything unless it is from Amazon as you can get a speedy credit. I am so disappointed with PayPal as this seller still offers the PayPal option which puzzles me? PayPal should stop Kirobrands from using their service.
