When I sent them an email saying that I had added something extra that I didn't really want by accident they responded in 3 seconds, but now that I've received my product and want to return and get my refund bc these glasses are not what they claim they are, I have sent three emails and i have not got a response yet. do not buy from these people they are scam artists. I want to know how we can hold these people accountable for their actions. They're scamming people left and right on Facebook with all these cheap products that they claim are way better than they are and then they won't respond when you send them an email wanting a refund. Something has to be done, I don't know why Facebook allows this.
