Receive cheap set of magnify glasses that had boasted marvelous results ($39.99)I decided to return because product was substandard. I emailed Kirobrands with all info they said I would have to ship product back to China even though shipped out of Ohio. I would cost almost as much as the glasses to send back. They offered a 40% refund without returning the product. Which I accepted. The email stated refund would take 7 to 10 business days. That time frame came and went by. I sent another email asking where refund was they said they didn't know why it wasn't refunded yet they would follow up and again refund would take 7 to 10 business days that has also come and gone. I sent a third email and got a generic response "they would look into." Another 10 business days have since past and nothing. They are bad business. Don't ever order from Kirobrand no matter what.
