I received in a small white plastic package 1 cheap pair of glasses ($39.99) in a cheap case ($14.99.) No paperwork of any kind was included! ($14.99 for warranty) It was ordered 7/21 and I did not receive until 8/2. ($9.95 Express Dely) It was advertised as a new product that even if you wore "progressives" they would adjust. I could not "see" with them, all out of focus. (No paper work as to what to expect) Total spent $85.52 I emailed that I wanted a RTS for full Credit. They emailed me to send to CHINA! Checked with UPS and was told the cheapest to send back to that address would be $178.71 They claimed they did not have a US Return Center. I got back to them and posted what I found when I googled a telephone # I found on my CC Bill (Wish I had seen it sooner!) My lost for my stupidity!
