Ordered air purifiers from an online ad, not knowing they would be coming from Kirobrands. The ad appeared to be a US company. I ordered a ser of 3 and upon payment, I saw I was charged for 6,so I immediately contacted support at kirobrands to cancel the order, but was told it was too late, to wait until they arrived and request a refund to return the items. When they arrived I contacted support and they gave me a Chinese address and request to lie on the customs forms about the content and value. I was to pay for the shipping which would have been over $60. Working now with PayPal to get a full refund. I have no idea if these purifiers even work. This company is a scam.
