Ordered a single pair of glasses. Suddenly being charged for something else that I didn't order (actually don't know what since I don't have a copy of the billing) Never received a confirmation of the order so I can't reference it. Sure did make sure to debit my account though. Says you can cancel before shipment. If you use the cancel form on the website you get a message that the server is down. If you try to email using their support email, you will get a message say you need to enter a valid email address. Should have checked this out here. Hopefully my bank can do something
