I have no recollection of placing an order with this company and have requested the cancellation of any account I might have. I am being charged $24.99 monthly for a service or product I am unaware of. Despite multiple requests to cancel my account, I have received no response. Consequently, I took action through my payment platform to stop any future billing for something I don’t recognize. I strongly advise avoiding this company.
