I received my dress which was too big and not as described on the KISS PROM website so I contacted them through the return section and returned the dress the day after I received it which was on February 5th 2026 and they show they completed my return on February 13th 2026 and never refunded my money. Do not purchase anything from this company if there is a chance it won’t fit or the item is not as described because they will not give you a refund and they will keep what you return and there is no phone number to contact them and they don’t respond to your emails. The worst company I have ever did business with and should be shut down.
