I had ordered a dress that was offered to be shipped in 24hrs or less, I paid extra for expedited shipping. ($180 for the dress $60 for shipping) Everything was smooth until I had gotten my shipping email including my tracking number and noticed that 24 hours after that initial email my order was cancelled by the seller. I reached back out where they then took another 2 days to answer and told me that they actually didn’t have it in stock and would have to make it to order and I wouldn’t be getting it till a few days before my order. I offered to do a couple other dresses so that way I could still get the expedited shipping I paid for and no response for a week. So I then asked for a FULL refund. They agreed 3 days after that and said it would be refunded 3-5 business days… well It has now been 8 business days with no refund. I am disputing the charge with my card company now, because they took over $200 from me and never intended on selling me anything.
