I placed an order Sunday, Nov. 27th. The website says that processing orders take five business days. Friday, Dec. 2nd, the status of my order was still "packing." I checked the status on Saturday, Dec. 3rd, and the status is "packing." I sent customer service an email asking why my order hadn't shipped after the five business days promoted on the website. I got a generic response that said they process orders in three days but asked the customer to allow two more days to process an order. I was told that they do not process orders on the weekend. I responded that at this rate, my order would have been processed in six business days if it shipped on Monday but that waiting eight days for an order to ship is way too long. I asked Kiss to cancel the order, and they never responded. I sent a subsequent request to cancel, and they never responded. I will file with the BBB and let Kiss respond to them. Do not order anything online with them. Actually, I'm not going to buy their products in the store anymore, either.
