I ordered lashes that, upon receiving, I realized were too “glam” for me. I immediately called KISS. The customer service rep told me that they have no exchange policy but I could return the lashes for a refund. I sent them back to KISS that day via certified mail. Once I knew the lashes had been received by KISS, I began watching for my $85 refund. It never came so I tried calling the company again. Unfortunately, my calls went to voicemail. On four different occasions I left messages asking for a return call. I have yet to hear from them and have not received the $85. I filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I still do not have a refund months later. My advice is that if you’re not absolutely certain you like a product of theirs, search elsewhere because you’re stuck with theirs after the purchase.
