I ordered 8 items from K&K recently, which have been delivered to me so far in three stages, with one item still outstanding. I have never experienced such staggered deliveries with any other company, who tend to deliver all items together. In addition, part of the packaging on one item was ripped, exposing the material which had become stained as a result. I called your customer service desk regarding this issue and mentioned another problem with the addressee name at the same time. I found your assistant extremely overwhelming to interact with; she seemed determined to talk over me as much as possible rather than to listen. She also appeared convinced that she knew my situation better than I did and repeatedly told me this. It wasn't until I voiced my displeasure at being treated in this way that she finally let me speak.All in all, I have found K&K exhausting to deal with, which is a shame because I like your clothes. However, in future I will stick to companies who I know provide good customer service and where my items are delivered intact. P.S. Your lack of interest in responding to my review confirms that I've made the right decision.
