I purchased a KitchenAid stand mixer specifically because it was advertised on KitchenAid’s official website as having the black classic KitchenAid logo. The product I received did not match the listing — it had a metal band and metal logo instead, which was not what was advertised.Because the product did not match the description, I returned it. KitchenAid received the return over a month ago, yet I am still waiting for my refund. This delay is unacceptable, especially when the issue was caused by misleading product information on their end.I expected better accuracy and customer service from a brand like KitchenAid. While mistakes can happen, holding a customer’s money for this long after a return has been received is beyond disappointing.
