I've purchased a KitchenAid Blender, Food Processor, Kettle, Toaster, Stand Mixer in the last 30 days and the experience with the Whirlpool (holding company of KitchenAid support and distribution in Australia) is absolutely horrendous.They were closed and unavailable on the day I ordered one of the products I needed support on, then refused to assist they were open again saying it had already been processed, and are now are paying lip service and being absolutely condescending in their replies. The apathy is astounding where they are just ignoring it. Going so far as to delete negative reviews and feedback online, after harassing me for them, to curate ONLY positive reviews to increase sales. This business is super dodgy and their support is pathetic. The KitchenAid product is quality from my experience, but don't expect that quality to transfer into after sales. The experience has been absolutely unacceptable and has put me off the brand totally.
