From our first encounter with KI ( Angus) in the Edinburgh showroom we knew they were right for us. Our kitchen was 25 years old and we had engaged another contractor to extend the house. The design was innovative and the designer absolutely attentive to our needs. What really impressed me was KI (Richard) worked really effectively with the main contractor and the whole process was seamless. All the little things add up to a kitchen with which we are delighted. The installation guys were really polite, vacuumed up as they went along and were crystal clear about what was happening and when. If I was to do it again I would not change a thing.
