Initially great experience from start to finish.But then appliances started to fail. And KI walked away from the problem leaving me to pay for any repairs (contrary to what the law requires).I tried VERY hard to get KI to recognise their legal, never mind customer-centric, responsibilities but they would rather hold on to a couple of hundred pounds and have me write unhappy reviews. So here it is KI - hope you're still happy.EDIT: Re KI responseI have been in extensive discussion for months with both KI, and the overall owners Donaldson Group, CEOs on this. They are both fully aware of the situation, my dissatisfaction, and the position they continue to adopt. Escalating this to them won't bring any action, though it will at least show them I was serious.
