From start to finish it was a good experience. Iain carried out the survey and came back to check on completion of the work. He gave good customer service . Steven carried out the work and also had fantastic customer services and he was very respectful in my home and with me. He is very skilled with an eye for details and skills to match. A talented man who praised team working in the company including the owner, the manager Ian, the other work colleagues including Lorraine who coordinates the work and diaries. Ian was also complementary about his colleagues which is a sign people respect each other. Good team work results in good quality and that reflects the job they did for me. I’d hire them in a minute if it was my company. The young apprentice was also respectful and Steven was supervising snd coaching .
