They use a fake manage order/subscription button and a AI email reply to keep people getting their product despite it being sub par and overpriced. At one point they offered a refund but then didn't follow through and ignored any further requests. I was then charged for another shipment and all i got was a card with a QR code that also didn't work just like the "manage subscription" button and the email. They reply quick but it's stock replies by a bot and nothing is ever done. Stay away!
