I ordered 4 bottles of Mark Wiens ghost pepper powder on April 19, it’s May 16 today and still haven’t received any update to my order. I sent numerous emails to the email address they have on the contact us section and it keeps failing, I left several voicemails on the telephone number they have on the contact us section and heard nothing back. I sent several on their business chat on instagram and heard nothing there. I wrote a few reviews after they asked me to rate the product, where I told them I did not received in my review, i received auto follow up to upload pic of my products. I replied to the order confirmation email and heard nothing back. I have no way of getting my money back or know what’s happening with this order.
