I signed up to claim the 50 spins but never received them. When I contacted support, their reply was just, 'Thanks for reaching out, we will be in touch as soon as we can.' I'm still waiting for a response. I tried the chat line and had to explain my issue repeatedly to the automated system, but got nowhere. After waiting 45 minutes to speak to an agent, I still didn't connect with anyone. I tried the chat three more times with no luck. I strongly advise against using this casino.
