I signed up for this casino to claim the 50 spins, but I never received them. When I emailed the support team, their response was simply, 'Thanks for reaching out, we will be in touch as soon as we can.' I'm still waiting for a resolution. I tried using the chat line and had to explain my issue multiple times to the automated system, but it led to no results. After waiting 45 minutes to speak to an agent, I still didn't get to talk to anyone. I went back to the chat three more times, but had no success. I cannot recommend this casino.
