I traveled with my surfboard bag (approx 19kg, 2m by 55 cm wide and 25 cm deep), so the day before the picking up, they change the car with a van to carry the bag without problem.
Besides, the day before they gave me a phone number where to join the driver prior to the transfer (for confirmation, locate properly the place to meet him in this big roadbuses stations in Lisbon).
Everything worked fine.
