Fantastic service from Kiya - from the beginning she answered my questions and advised on a ring design to suit my small fingers. We are so pleased with the ring and it looks even better than the photos! My partner advised that Kiya was great with communication throughout the ordering process and sent clear photos and videos of the gemstone so he could choose. We had to send it back to Kiya for a slight alteration after purchasing and this was also managed brilliantly with clear communication on timescales.Will be going back to Kiya for my wedding ring!
