After a rocky road with other supposedly reputable jewellers, I took what I thought at the time was a punt on kiya and couldn't be more glad that I did.She was incredibly helpful throughout with excellent communication. She offered to send videos of the various stones I was considering in different shades and sizes so that I could pick one that was perfect for my fiancee, which really helped me. I had a limited time frame and she made a special effort to accommodate me and was true to her promised time frame.The ring is beautiful and both me and my fiancee are super happy with it. Will probably get a wedding band from Kiya too because the experience and quality were so good. 5 stars (if not more)!
