Awful customer service

I ordered an abaya and when it arrived the quality of the slip dress was cheap so I requested for a refund or an exchange at least. I emailed them twice and was ignored. I DM’d them and was ignored and then I messaged them in TikTok live and still ignored. When they finally responded weeks later they told me I wasn’t able to request for a refund as it’s been over the request period when they are the one that ignored me for weeks!!!! If they responded back to me on time it wouldn’t have been over the request period and they know that but don’t want to acknowledge that or give me a reason on why I wasn’t ignored for so many weeks!
