Don't trust Kiyoh. They allow positive reviews, but negative ones are rubbed under the carpet. You have to prove your case, even with private information (like medical bills) and they allow the other party to solve It, but even without solution (just giving an answer that doesn't solve anything) It's been accepted by Kiyoh as solved and that's everything you get. And yes, most of the reviews on Trustpilot and elsewhere show a more negative picture, but the experience stays the experience. Often the damage is already done. Kiyoh shouldn't be the party to intervene and play judge, especially If It's a very oppinionated one. It's just a marketing tool to show a high (inaccurate) rating on their website.If you like to estimate the real rating, add this one with Kiyoh / 2 and It's probably more accurate.The only difference being: the reviews here are honest by get the same procedure, with Kiyoh the customers don't get a word. On the other hand, people come to TP to complain and rarely take the time to leave a positive review. So It balances out somewhat.
