Absolutely seamless end to end. I ordered on Monday around Midday and i get the product on Tuesday midday. I had to make slight adjustment to my order & dispatch preference and Remi (staff) was were kind and made it work seamless coordinating with Shipping team etc. I will definitely purchase again from KJC. The product i purchased was slightly expensive compared to other vendors, but the customer service , delivery timelines made up for it :)
