Found the returns process unnecessarily complicated- instructions to select but nothing would click- completing questions but no way to move on to next step- then we go to Royal Mail who ask all the same questions again. When finally got there on mobile "file not supported " by printer so had to do it all again on laptop. Has put me off ordering again. Look at what Roman do- returns label is included in package when it arrives. All you have to do is stick it on the parcel and take to post office!!! Have been to Boundary Mill today where I could select/try on/ make final decision stress free. Why do people bother with online shopping???
